Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new or lightly used condition, fully functional, and returned with the included accessories and original packaging when possible. Products that are damaged due to misuse, modification, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized repair may not be eligible for a full refund.
To start a return, contact us at info@silentfoxaudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For standard returns, including accidental orders, wrong cable length ordered, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. The return shipping address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@silentfoxaudio.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is due to our error, a defective product, or damage in transit, we may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or cable length and would like an exchange, contact us at info@silentfoxaudio.com. In most cases, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for standard returns:
- Custom-made products
- Modified products
- Special-order items
- Bulk or dealer orders
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items, if clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, modification, improper handling, or unauthorized repair

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in new or lightly used condition, fully functional, and returned with the included accessories and original packaging when possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
